Safe, Clean, Quiet Communities
Brenton Communities has assembled 700 lots in six communities to provide affordable housing to everyone. On the map of our communities, click on the link for a tour of amenities in each community. We provide on-site managers, parks, storm shelters, activities and newer housing stock to make each community desirable for raising families and enjoying neighbors.
The Communities
Our communities are neighborhoods that are clean quiet and safe. Storm shelters are offered in most communities. Prospective residents are screened to assure that they will meet our expectations for community living. Mangers work daily with residents and vendors to deliver a community that is a desirable place to call home. Communities are located in areas that provide easy access to grocery stores, employers, schools, and churches.
