Brenton Communities specializes in the acquisition, ownership and management of manufactured housing communities in Iowa and Nebraska.
Brenton Communities is owned and operated by its President, Ken Brenton. Brenton Communities raises private equity from investors to acquire each manufactured home community.
The company’s goals are to give superior service to our residents and opportunities to our managers, while meeting or exceeding the stated returns to our owners.
Since its establishment in 1998, Brenton Communities has completed the acquisition of nine communities totaling $18,000,000.
